Britney is a partner in the firm’s tax and estate planning section. Her practice focuses primarily on complex estate and income tax matters, wealth transfer, and business succession planning. She also provides counsel on estate and trust administration matters, preparation and negotiation of premarital agreements, real estate transactions, trust modifications, and entity selection and formation.
