Wick Phillips, a full-service business law firm, announces that Chris Fuller has joined the firm as partner, and will head up the company’s Commercial Real Estate practice. Fuller will be based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Fuller’s commercial real estate expertise includes representing developers, property owners, landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development transactions. He also has a background in retail, representing shopping center developers throughout the country. In this capacity, Fuller has negotiated land acquisitions, ground leases and landlord/tenant leases, and has coordinated land use issues. He also routinely advises clients on the formation and dissolution of partnerships and joint ventures in connection with the structuring of real estate transactions.

In addition to Fuller’s commercial real estate practice, he has a background in energy transactions, representing borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including project finance, working capital and restructuring financings.
Prior to joining , Fuller worked at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, an international law firm with 470 lawyers in Texas, New York, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Seattle, Dubai and London. He is licensed to practice in Texas.
As a graduate with a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Fuller served as a member and articles editor of the Computer and Technology Law Review. He also received a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, The Real Estate Council (TREC), the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute.
