Jordan, a partner in the firm’s corporate group, focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions, private placements and general corporate counseling. Jordan also advises clients on entity formation, governance, partnerships, as well as a variety of commercial contracts. His experience includes advising both public and private company clients, as well as private equity firms and family offices, in a broad range of industries. Jordan joined the firm in 2015.
Molly, a partner in the firm’s labor and employment group, handles all aspects of employment litigation and has developed extensive experience in issues arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, she routinely negotiates and drafts employment-related agreements and counsels businesses on employment policies, handbooks, disciplinary, and leave issues. Molly joined the firm in 2015.
