Alex Ingle is a partner in the real estate section of Wick Phillips. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, industrial, retail and office sites, leasing of retail, office and industrial projects, and joint ventures to acquire, construct, and operate industrial, office, mixed-use, and multi-family developments.

Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Alex worked as the sole attorney for a Dallas-based real estate operator and developer where he was responsible for all legal matters of the company, including overseeing the execution of real estate transactions, debt-sourcing and managing the acquisitions teams. Alex has also worked as Corporate Real Estate Counsel for a publicly-traded homebuilder and at a large international law firm.

Alex draws on his in-house experience to routinely advise clients on corporate, operations, and strategic planning matters. He strives to add value at all phases by assisting his clients with understanding relevant legal considerations and balancing those with the business needs.

In his free time, Alex enjoys running, pickleball, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
