Jack Lilley is an experienced litigator focusing on complex commercial matters and employment disputes. His broad range of commercial cases has included information technology outsourcing, industrial construction, commercial tenancy, trade secrets, anti-trust, securities, SEC investigations, director and officer liability, accounting malpractice, and real estate. In the employment law area, Jack represents management on employment contracts and non-compete agreements, terminations and disciplinary measures, internal investigations, EEOC charges, discrimination suits, and advising on Title VII, ADA, ADEA, etc. He has represented clients in numerous bench trials, jury trials, appeals, injunctions, and arbitrations.
