Steven Rubin is a partner in the Wick Phillips corporate department. Steven has extensive experience representing private and public companies, including private equity firms, in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, tender offers, proxy contests, restructurings and the purchase and sale of distressed assets (both in bankruptcy and out-of-court). In addition, Steven has represented numerous issuers of securities in connection with the issuance and sale of debt and equity securities in public and private transactions, including several NYSE listed companies.
Steven’s transactional experience covers a wide range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, technology, retail, restaurants, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, and includes both domestic and international clients and transactions.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Steven was a partner at several large firms, including Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
