Sean Sullivan is a finance partner in the corporate section of Wick Phillips. He represents lenders, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, investors and other parties in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including in the areas of commercial and industrial loans, senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments and asset-based loans.
Sean additionally works with both public and private company clients, as well as private equity firms and family offices, with a variety of complex corporate needs, including mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions, entity formation, governance, regulation, partnerships and joint venture arrangements, as well as a variety of commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Sean practiced in the Commercial Law Counseling group at Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware.
