Alexandra Wahl focuses on a wide variety of business and commercial civil litigation matters involving contract disputes, products and premises liability, DTPA claims, franchise matters, landlord tenant disputes and evictions, the Texas Dealer Protection Act, will contests, fiduciary litigation, trusts and estates, and employment agreements containing non-compete, non-solicitation, forfeiture-for-competition and confidentiality clauses, among others. Alex has experience advocating for clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation.
Prior to joining Wick Phillips, Alex served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Jane Boyle in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. For several years, Alex specialized in probate before broadening her practice to include general civil litigation.
